The location is fantastic, close to downtown Houston, restaurants, and shops. The room was exceptional and perfect, with a whirlpool. The breakfast included muffins, bacon, and fresh apples and was delicious.

Thank you for the service, breakfast, wifi, charter beads to the airport. in general I liked everything: for a short business trip to Houston in mid spring everything is just great! One essential nuance: car rental offices, for business trips in the U. S. is quite extraordinary, are immediately adjacent, hundreds of meters (on the same east side of the airport as the hotel itself). How else to raise the level of customer satisfaction in its original appearance even without investment: just open the back (now closed) gate of the next hotel! then the distance that your customer inevitably passes on his way back to the hotel after he returns the car will be reduced for him by three times! make a wicket there; if you hang the lighting on the gate and ennoble everything there, then believe me, satisfied customers of your and neighboring hotel will be very satisfied customers :-).

I suppose that for the summer it can be stuffy in the rooms (I couldn't find it on the windows of the vents, maybe I wasn't looking well; the climate control is represented by a rather old and rather noisy device, the direction of air flow in it is not regulated...). ).

The location was perfect for Houston, really close to Bush International airport, restaurants/shops, and many local attractions. The room was well-appointed and new-fashioned with a comfortable bed. The wake-up service was a nice touch.

Typical Best Western, well suited to visit NASA, Houston or Galveston. Small breakfast room and sparse selection, yet sufficient. Ironing board, coffee machine Best-Western typical in each room available. Also a separate hair dryer. Good beds. Sufficient parking spaces available.

The atmosphere is somewhat sterile, and there is no staircase. Escape route via fire escape. Old elevator that is always in continuous operation. So you almost always wait a few minutes.

The pool could be bigger.
